Create Drawings like MS Paint. Here is software Pencil. Download setup file in zip format extract it in new folder, then run Pencil.exe file. software is created with toolbar, Menubar, layer option. To fill colours in pictures select “fill”. To select colour from inserted picture click pick colour. By setting layers create animation like flash player. In edit menu with import image, import sound options we can insert photos and we can add music effect.
